Rehabilitation - Stroke & Brain Injury
I'm recovering from brain tumor surgery which left my left side paralyzed (like a stroke). The Wii has been very, very helpful in improving my balance and getting more use in my affected arm. I love how you can build a routine in Wii Fit Plus as well as all the new games. Keep it up! 2010-05-11

Keeping fit just got fun!!!!
I love this game, It really does make keeping fit fun!!! I have the original and got this one for christmas. The extra games are great although there could be a few more aerobic ones. It is great for all the family, even my 2 year old plays! The multiplayer part is a great idea although not being able to save the scores is a bit of a disappointment. 2010-05-05

WII FIT PLUS AND MORE!
I enjoy this WII FIT PLUS tremendously. I really like it that I don't have to insert WII FIT in order for me to use it. It comprises of both WII FIT (I and II) to your workout. I find that this game is much harder than the first one. It's just as much fun as the first one. I especially like the Kung Fu workout. 2010-05-02

I dont know if i am compleatly impressed
To be honest, I expected a lot more out of Wii Fit Plus. I was told by many of my friends that it is so much better than Wii Fit and is a great deal of fun. I wont disagree on the fun part but im just not impressed with their new additions. First of all, many of their new training plus activities dont register half of my movement which can be rather frustrating considering that I love getting competitive. Second, the new activities dont involve much excercise at all. In fact, the only activity in Training plus that actually raised my pulse was the running, which was already their. Many just involve balancing which isnt a great way to burn calories and lose weight like many of us are trying to do. For example, Segway Circuit is probably gonna burn around 10 calories because all it involves is leaning forward and backwards and holding a wii remote. Not very encouraging.
I must admit, I do enjoy the Kung Fu activity. I thought it was cute and fun to do.

young or old
This is great for getting in shape while having fun------can be addictive!! It is good excercise for young and also old. For older people, especially, it helps with one's balance. I bought it for a grandchild----8 years old---and she is really enjoying it. She is the youngest in the family and this is something to do that she doesn't have to beg someone to "play" with her. All the family members enjoy it and visitors quickly get hooked. It is interactive, which is fun. I would recommend this for all ages, both sexes and for individual's of any weight. 2010-04-15
