Totally addicting!
This is my favorite game that I own. It's totally addicting and there are so many different elements to it that you don't get bored and there is something for everyone. You can farm, catch and raise animals, build relationships, collect items to craft with, and battle. There are a few annoying little flaws, like editing issues or mispelled words occasionally, but these are fairly rare and don't interfere with game play. I definitely recommend it.

An admirable attempt at open-ended gameplay
If you've ever played a Harvest Moon, well, this is just that, but with the element of monster-slaying/befriending added to the mix. As the main character, you show up in a new place looking for a girl, with most of your prior memories gone. When you find her, she shows you a house and farm where you can make your home. From there it's all farming, fishing, forging, cooking, fighting, and talking to townspeople. If you're a fan of Harvest Moon, this game will definitely appeal to you.

Best Harvest Moon type to date
Keeping this short, this game is alot like Harvest Moon, however it exceeds the franchise in nearly every way. Being able to farm things out of season on a floating whale island, genuinely fun dungeon exploring, and npcs with actual depth.

This game does suffer from a few flaws, mainly the runey system, but is an EXTREMELY good bargain now (only 20bux as of writing) and is worth much more. If you have a wii, and enjoy farman gaems, this should be a definate buy.

fun game
I've been playing this game and I think it's a great game. very big, you can put many hours into it. I like big games. Although I wish it had more house upgrades because the upgrades are rather easy to get and you keep getting lumber long after you've acquired everything and it maxes out at 9999 and just sits there in your shed. You can't sell it either.

great rpg...highly recommended
One of the best RPG's I've ever played. Much more intricate in details. I'm literaly tired after a game day passes. Great fun!
