Cabela's Big Game Hunter 2010 with Gun Bundle

I do wish this game was developed the same way as the arcade version. Overall it a fun game. The walking around all the time makes it tough.

I'd bought this as a present for a friend and his son, as neither had anything similar for their WII. Suffice it to say Dad and Son (10 year old) were quite taken with it, while Mom and Daughter were less than enthused...

Regardless, the son indicated that it was the "best game-ever", and his only complaint "the darn leopard kept getting him..." I advised more practice and patience and he'd improve.

My only comment after trying it myself, would be for the WII Controllers to provide motion-feedback similar to the controllers I have for my X-Box, as that way you could feel the (kick) from your shots (added realism).

So, if you've a young man in the house (or an old-man who still acts young), this game would probably be a hit (pun intended).

My husband isn't much of a video game person, but I can't get him away from this game!! He LOVES it! Anytime someone comes over he 'll show it off! It was a gift for his June birthday last month and has been a hit in our house! If your man likes fishing, hunting, camping etc. I think it'll be a hit for you, too!

This game is great. I'm really impressed with the accuracy as well as the graphics for a wii game. I'm not sure who likes it more, the kids or myself:)

At first game was almost too involved and complicated, after playing at game for an hour or so finally got onto parts of game. Do not have hour after hour to play the game and seems that is what it takes to master it. Will get back to game someday but for now not that interested in spending the time to master.
